The 25th Field Ambulance in action in Estaires

December 10, 2020 by Susan Roberts Leave a Comment

Amazing footage here of the 25th Field Ambulance in action in Estaires, northern France, at the start of World War One. Very many thanks to Sylvie Mignot of the College du Sacre Coeur (pictured here) which was turned into a Casualty Clearing Station.  We have been following the journey of the 25th Field Ambulance and the St John Ambulance men from Dolcoath since the start of our project.
