Students reconstruct trenches at Redruth School

January 17, 2015 by Susan Roberts Leave a Comment

These trenches were created by students at Redruth School late last year to mark the 100th anniversary of World War 1.

They are part of a remarkable Remembrance Room.  Thankfully this room – the result of a huge amount of research and effort – will remain open for Primary School visits over the next few months.

We are fortunate to be able to display some of the poems written by students involved in the project in Heart of Conflict.
